I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, equipped with a coffee maker, a large TV, an iron/ironing board, and a hairdryer making my stay very convenient. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout. The hotel’s accessibility was top-notch, offering a clean and comfy experience.

The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and modern. The service was friendly, efficient, and helpful, but there were instances of staff disappearing when luggage needed handling. They were there to greet, answer questions, and even went above and beyond to help with our pet. The location was excellent, just one street from Times Square but maybe not ideal for a future stay near that area. The dining experience had limited options for those with dietary restrictions but was satisfactory overall. The facilities were good but lacked variety in food choices and vegetables.
